Soroptimist is a Global Volunteer Organization that works to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social & economic empowerment

Welcome to Soroptimist International of Modesto, (SIOM), a 501(c)3 non-profit service organization for business and professional women. We are part of a worldwide organization, Soroptimist International, whose mission is to improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world. As Soroptimists, we strive to achieve the mission by sharing our time, talents and financial resources to enrich our communities.

While giving back to our community is our primary focus, weekly meetings offer professional opportunities and networking for our members. We also provide several scholarships and awards which are given each year to high school and college age students.

Come and see what we are all about! Our meetings are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 12:15 to 1:15 at the Season’s, 945 McHenry Avenue, Modesto.  For more information: call Debi Campbell at 209-541-6055
